Refund & Return Policy

At Nap Nap, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Because our pajamas are crafted to order and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to assist with exchanges if your order isn’t quite right.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Exchanges are only available for size or item changes of equal or greater value.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for sending items back to us. We’ll cover the shipping of the replacement item.

No Refunds

  • We do not offer cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances.

  • In cases of defective or wrong items shipped, we will replace your item at no additional cost.

How to Start an Exchange

  • Contact us at napnap.eg1@gmail.com or our instagram's page within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and a brief description of your issue.

  • We will guide you through the exchange process.

Important Notes

  • Nap Nap reserves the right to refuse exchanges on items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage.

  • Sale items and final sale items cannot be exchanged.

Clearance Sale Items

During our clearance sales, items are offered at special discounted prices and in limited quantities. Because of this:

  • Clearance items are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • If there is an issue caused by us (e.g., faulty product or wrong item sent):

    • The original delivery fee (already paid by the customer) remains.

    • We will cover the delivery fees for sending the replacement item.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., incorrect size choice, change of mind):

    • The customer is responsible for all delivery/shipping fees, including:

      • the original delivery,

      • the return shipping back to us,

      • the new delivery of the replacement ( if there is any )

  • Please double-check sizes, styles, and preferences before completing your order, as clearance stock is limited and another customer might miss out on the item you purchase.
